What do you mean by “handmade” or “hand forged wrought iron”?
All our hand forged wrought iron are meticulously crafted by skilled artisans by hand, rather than mass‑produced by machines in a factory. This artisan craftsmanship ensures a level of quality and attention to detail that cannot be replicated by mass production.
This includes material selections, fabrications, finishing, quality checks and attention to detail throughout the process.

What are the benefits of handmade products?

What customisation options are available?
We offer a variety of customisation options depending on the product — this can include size, finish/material, colour, configuration, or other functional or aesthetic modifications the customer requests.
How does customisation work?
At the initial stage, we will confirm your customisation preferences (e.g. size, finish, colour, etc). We will talk you through the different options available pertaining your order. When order is confirmed with a drawing sign-off (when required), we manufacture your item to those specifications, handcrafting it specifically for you rather than using a one‑size‑fits‑all approach. What finishing(s) should I choose for my purchase?
This often depends on how these products are used. Generally speaking, we have four basic finishings for you to choose from (from left to right),
(a) Raw wrought iron. This is unprocessed steel with a dark, oxidized surface from the manufacturing process. It has a rough, industrial look and may develop rust over time.
(b) Powdercoated in black colour. Steel coated with a durable, black coloured finish through an electrostatic process and heat curing. It provides corrosion resistance and a smooth, aesthetic surface. Always priced on application.
(c) Grit blasted. Steel cleaned with abrasive blasting to remove mill scale and rust, creating a uniform, textured surface ideal for immediate coatings. Surface rust may appear on receipt of goods depending on the handling and transit time required.
(d) Hot dipped galvanised. Steel coated in molten zinc, offering superior corrosion resistance with a matte, spangled finish, ideal for outdoor use. Always priced on application.
